Calcarea Phosphorica
This constitutional type is largely associated with childhood. Unlike Calcarea Carbonica, Calcarea Phosphorica type of children are lively and gay, possessing highly developed sensitive psychecs. They are easily exhausted and react to physical and mental activity with headaches and intestinal cramps, which make them unable to sustain prolonged exertion. Often, they are timid, impatient and inattentive, but display quick perception and inquisitive minds.
Their long bones seem to be growing too fast, giving these children an over-elongated, fragile outlook. They have a tendency for developing scoliosis and teeth problems, and might have enlarged, painful lymph nodes. Characteristically, they show a marked preference for smoked and spicy food. Their complaints are aggravated in the early spring during the melting of snow.
Calcarea Phosphorica is highly effective in the treatment of all bone disorders, and is a pronounced constitutional remedy.
